Reena Suri
Master Facilitator | Leadership & Agility Strategist
Reena is dedicated to supporting leaders and teams in navigating challenges, identifying pain points, and developing strategies that drive results. With a passion for agility, she empowers organizations to build thriving cultures and achieve sustainable success.
Her journey into this work is deeply personal—overcoming severe anxiety and depression in 2006 led her to study applied neuroscience and neuroplasticity, equipping her with tools to create lasting change. She now helps leaders and teams enhance self-awareness, clarify goals, and implement adaptive strategies that foster engagement and long-term impact.
Reena pursued an undergraduate degree in psychology, followed by an MBA with a certification in Leadership. She is currently exploring PhD programs in Applied Neuroscience to deepen her expertise in Agile Leadership.
Reena intentionally creates time to pursue life outside work. She loves spending time with her family and friends, drawing and oil painting and outdoor activities like walking, paddleboarding and scuba diving.

Kristin Sneeringer
Strategist & Coaching Lead
As the Strategist and Coaching Lead at Thriving Changes, Kristin bridges mission with operations, leveraging her expertise in business architecture to create transformative coaching experiences. An economist, business strategist, and Ontological Behavioral Coach, she helps professionals and teams align inner purpose with outward actions.
With a background in applied behavioral psychology, neuroplasticity, and business strategy, Kristin supports clients in overcoming career transitions, organizational roadblocks, and internal barriers. Her experience spans finance, international business, and coaching, including roles at ABN AMRO, Chicago Board of Trade, and Mesirow Financial.

Natalie is a photographer and stop-motion artist specializing in elopements and intimate weddings. She documents love stories for couples who choose to celebrate on their own terms, whether through adventure or quiet, intentional moments.
After navigating multiple career transitions in corporate marketing, Natalie sought a fulfilling path and, with coaching guidance, embraced entrepreneurship. Now, as the founder of Natalie Nancy Photo, she brings creativity and authenticity to wedding photography while supporting others through Thriving Changes.

Joanna C.
Visual Artist & Virtual Assistant
Jo is a painter and virtual assistant with a deep appreciation for storytelling, creativity, and organization. Growing up in a reclusive environment, she found solace in drawing, reading, and writing—immersing herself in fictional worlds that shaped her introspective and nostalgic artistic style. Today, she channels that same passion for creativity into her professional work, where design and strategy intersect.
For the past three years, Jo has helped speakers and coaches turn their expertise into impactful courses. She supports early-stage entrepreneurs in building their online presence through funnel and automation, as well as social media and podcast production.
